All intellectual property rights remain with the owner and are not transferred to the purchaser. The purchaser has the right to use the software for legitimate business purposes on the number of computers specified in the relevant licence agreement.

Sensitive information (your email address and other details) will only be used for matters related to Time Cost Manager.  Information will not be disclosed to any third party unless required and authorised by law.  Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.
